Production:

The tropical fruits are first of all washed and peeled, de-stoned and then dried. The pieces of fruit are then cut or sliced to the desired size. Impeccable hygiene standards are of course maintained during all stages of production. Production is completed without adding any sugar. 10 kg of fresh fruits are required to produce 1 kg of dried fruits. The secret is in the drying process, ensuring long-life without any added sugar.

Uses:

With just 0.8g fat and no added sugar, Kluth Tropic Mix is the ideal snack for nutritionally aware connoisseurs. Also suitable as a base for a fruity punch or - softened in water - as a fruit salad.
